Terms of service

1. Who we are. Raised Voice Club ("we", "us") is operated by Lux Lucis Consulting SarlS, 57 Avenue de la Gare, 1611 Luxembourg, and sells printed-to-order apparel at raisedvoiceclub.com. Contact: hello@raisedvoiceclub.com.

2. Using the site. You agree to use the site lawfully and give accurate order information. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products and designs. Products are printed to order by a print partner. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item. Model photos are AI-generated. Designs were created with AI assistance. All designs and site content belong to us and may not be copied or resold without permission.

4. Prices and orders. Prices are in US dollars and can change. We may cancel an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock or production problems, with a full refund. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.

5. Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

8. Privacy. See our Privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies.

10. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes are subject to the courts of Luxembourg, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
